Prenatal Visits

We offer complimentary “Prenatal Visits or Meet the Doctor” visits for all our expecting parents to come visit our office and make an informed choice regarding their soon to be family addition. These visits must be scheduled in advance and take place at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM Monday thru Thursday. We recommend trying to schedule your visits at some point during your third trimester. If you would like to request a specific physician please do so when scheduling your visit.

Please print and fill out the following form and bring them to your scheduled prenatal visit. This is also offered to parents who already have children and wish to “Meet the Doctor”.
