Dr. Gary M. Kramer, M.D., FAAP

Gary M. Kramer, M.D. joined Coral Gables-based Pediatric Specialists in 2002 alongside Robert McKey Jr., M.D., it’s founding principal.

As a native bilingual Miamian with strong professional ties to the South Florida pediatric healthcare community, Dr. Kramer was honored by the opportunity to assume leadership of the practice in 2005.

Dr. Kramer, who earned his medical degree at the American Program of Sackler School of Medicine, previously completed joint majors in Biology and Psychology with a special emphasis on Child and Adolescent Development at Washington University in St. Louis. After serving his residency at Miami Children’s Hospital, he completed an additional year of post-graduate fellowship training in Adolescent Medicine at Schneider Children’s Hospital in Long Island.

Dr. Kramer is a regular speaker on the topic of childbirth education at both Mercy and Baptist Hospital. In addition, he serves as a preceptor to medical students and residents in training, as well as ARNP’s interested in the field of Pediatrics.

Dr. Kramer is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and resides in Coconut Grove with his wife Michelle and two daughters, Lily and Cece Rose.
